Sophia is an experienced yoga teacher, sound healer, and holistic nutritionist, her goal is to help her students find joy in their practice, and she believes that the path to discovering your highest self should be fun!

Through the use of foundational knowledge and intentional practices, you will build a stronger connection with yourself while exploring the beautiful desert landscape, eating nourishing food, and making new friends. Each day you will get to enjoy a variety of classes ranging from fiery vinyasa, calming yin, guided meditations, and a sound bath.
